My family is full of beautiful, strong and talented women. Most of them are and have been my role models. Unfortunately, as have many others, I have witnessed the horrors of Breast Cancer. In my family Breast Cancer is a huge problem. Most of the women in my family have either being diagnosed, fought or lost the battle. This has always been one of my worst fears, one that I dream about very often.

My dear and beloved aunt “Sarah” was diagnosed at the young age of 50 and died a few years later. She fought hard and didn’t give up but still lost her battle. This loss was one of the hardest in my life and I miss her everyday.

It was at that moment that I felt powerless and wanted to make a difference. We have to find a cure; we have to be able to fight back! I realized that I myself may  never find the cure or better treatments, but I could make a difference. I could partner with others to raise awareness and funds to help those who have the brilliant minds to find hope.

What better way than to get people together and dance for cause. Dance is my passion, so why not do what I love to help make a difference.

I founded and created Dance In Pink to help raise Breast Cancer awareness and funds to help the fight against Cancer.

I dedicate this cause; I dedicate Dance In Pink to my Aunt Sarah.

Join me in this adventure and let’s fight together, let’s make a difference!
